ตม.3 ผนึกกำลัง สืบ น. , ภาค8 รวบหนุ่มมะกัน ผู้ต้องหาFBI ตามหมายจับละเมิดทางเพศ 8 หมายคาภูเก็ต

ด้วยเมื่อวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2569 สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ได้รับการประสานงานจาก สำนักงานสอบสวนกลาง สหรัฐอเมริกา (FBI) ให้ช่วยสืบสวนติดตาม Mr.Lance Michael Beck อายุ 48 ปี สัญชาติอเมริกัน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับของศาลสหรัฐ (ฃฃฃจำนวน 8 หมาย (หมายจับมลรัฐอลาบาม่า 7 หมาย + หมายจับรัฐบาลกลาง 1 หมาย) ซึ่งเป็นความผิดเกี่ยวกับการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศต่อผู้เยาว์ (Sexual assult of minor) มีข้อหา ได้แก่  ทรมานทางเพศ (Sexual Torture), ข่มขืนกระทำชำเรา, ค้ามนุษย์ , จัดหา/อำนวยความสะดวกการเดินทางของเด็กเพื่อการทางเพศที่ผิดกฎหมาย (Facilitating Travel of a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act) , ล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ (Sexual Abuse) และ สมสู่ในเครือญาติ (Incest) ซึ่งบุคคลดังกล่าวมีพฤติการณ์ในการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 14 ปี และทำการถ่ายคลิปวิดีโอไว้ ต่อมาได้หลบหนีเข้ามาอยู่ในประเทศไทย

ภายใต้การอำนวยการของ พล.ต.ต.โชติวัฒน์ เหลืองวิลัย ผบก.สส.บช.น., พล.ต.ต.ทรงโปรด สิริสุขขะ ผบก.ตม.3, พล.ต.ต.สินเลิศ สุขุม ผบก.ภ.จว.ภูเก็ต , ได้สั่งการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สืบนครบาล IDMB , กก.สส.บก.ตม.3 และ ฝ่ายสืบสวน สภ.สาคู ร่วมกันทำการสืบสวนจนทราบว่า บุคคลดังกล่าว เดินทางเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร ผ่านทางท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต และพักอยู่ที่ โรงแรมแห่งหนึ่งบริเวณหาดในยาง อ.สาคู อ.ถลาง จ.ภูเก็ต  ต่อมา วันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลาประมาณ 14.15 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ทำการตรวจสอบที่โรงแรมดังกล่าว พบตัว Mr.Lance Michael Beck และแจ้งให้ทราบคำสั่งการเพิกถอนการอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักร โดยทาง Mr.Lance Michael Beck ทราบและยอมรับว่าเป็นบุคคลเดียวกันจริง จึงได้ควบคุมตัวเพื่อนำส่ง สถานที่กักตัวคนต่างด้าว สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (Immigration Detention Center : IDC) เพื่อดำเนินการส่งตัวกลับไปดำเนินคดีที่สหรัฐอเมริกาต่อไป

การปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ ได้รับการประสานความร่วมมือจากสำนักงานสอบสวนกลาง ประจำกรุงเทพมหานคร โดย Mr.Benjamin Vitue (Legal Attaché, FBI Bangkok) และ Mr.Nicholas Vicencia (Assistant Law Enforcement Attaché) ในการสนับสนุนข้อมูลจนนำไปสู่การจับกุม อันจะเป็นการป้องกันไม่ให้บุคคลดังกล่าวมาก่อเหตุในลักษณะนี้ในประเทศไทยได้ และยังเป็นการแสดงถึงความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างสองประเทศในการร่วมกันบังคับใช้กฎหมายอย่างเด็ดขาดอีกด้วย

On August 27, 2026, the Royal Thai Police received a request for assistance from the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to locate Mr. Lance Michael Beck, a 48-year-old U.S. national who was wanted in the United States under a total of eight arrest warrants, consisting of seven warrants issued in the State of Alabama and one federal arrest warrant.

The warrants relate to serious offenses involving the sexual abuse and exploitation of a minor. The charges include Sexual Torture, Rape, Human Trafficking, Facilitating Travel of a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act, Sexual Abuse, and Incest. According to information provided by U.S. authorities, Beck is alleged to have sexually abused a child under the age of 14 and recorded the abuse on video. He subsequently fled to Thailand.

Under the direction of Pol. Maj. Gen. Chotiwat Lueangwilai, Commander of the Investigation Division, Metropolitan Police Bureau; Pol. Maj. Gen. Songprod Sirisukkha, Commander of Immigration Division 3; and Pol. Maj. Gen. Sinlert Sukhum, Commander of Phuket Provincial Police, officers from the Investigation Division, Metropolitan Police Bureau (IDMB); Investigation Sub-Division, Immigration Division 3; and the Investigation Unit of Sakhu Police Station conducted a joint investigation to locate the fugitive.

The investigation revealed that Beck had entered the Kingdom of Thailand through Phuket International Airport and was staying at a hotel in the Nai Yang Beach area, Sakhu Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket Province.

On August 29, 2026, at approximately 2:15 PM, officers proceeded to the hotel and located Beck. The officers informed him that his permission to remain in the Kingdom of Thailand had been revoked. Beck acknowledged the revocation order and confirmed his identity.

He was subsequently taken into custody and transferred to the Immigration Detention Center (IDC), Immigration Bureau, pending further immigration proceedings and his return to the United States to face legal proceedings.

This operation was conducted in close coordination with Mr. Benjamin Virtue, Legal Attaché, FBI Bangkok, and Mr. Nicholas Vicencia, Assistant Law Enforcement Attaché, who provided information and coordination that contributed to the successful location and apprehension of the fugitive.

The successful operation helps prevent the suspect from potentially committing similar offenses in Thailand and reflects the strong partnership between Thai and U.S. law enforcement agencies in pursuing fugitives and combating serious transnational crime.

The operation further demonstrates the close relationship between Thailand and the United States and their shared commitment to effective international law enforcement cooperation, ensuring that individuals who attempt to evade justice by crossing international borders are located and brought before the appropriate legal authorities.
